ALLSEEDS WELCOMES DAN PASKO, MARK IWASHKO AND DAN YAKUB TO THEIR BOARD

Allseeds Group has appointed Diligent Capital’s Dan Pasko, Mark Iwashko and Dan Yakub to their Supervisory Board.

Allseeds is one of the largest agriculture processors and exporters of vegetable oils and oilseed meal in the Black Sea region. The company is known as a reliable and professional partner in the agricultural markets and has an ambitious growth strategy.

DCP aims at offering value-add to Allseeds’ growth strategy and development by designing their Board and committee structures and establishing a robust and ongoing strategic planning process.

The new Board will determine the priorities of current activities, KPIs and future developments of the company.

Mark Iwashko is a highly experienced private equity professional with over 20 years of practice in the industry in Ukraine. Mark has previously served on over 30 boards for privately held and publicly listed companies as well as NGOs.

Dan Pasko has over 15 years of experience in private equity, angel investment and entrepreneurial ventures.

Dan Yakub is a seasoned investment banking professional with over 10 years of experience in private and public capital markets in CIS.
