ALLSEEDS GROUP ATTRACTS US$15 MILLION FROM DILIGENT CAPITAL PARTNERS DIRECT INVESTMENT FUND
Allseeds Group, one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of vegetable oils and oilseed meal in Ukraine, has received US$15 million investment from Diligent Capital’s Direct Investment Fund.
The investment means that Diligent Capital Partners, alongside FMO (Dutch Development Bank), have jointly acquired a 16% equity stake in Allseeds, providing financing to realise the company’s expansion projects.
Diligent Capital Partners led the deal origination and structuring and will manage the investment, both in the value creation and exit portion of the investment cycle. Prior to the transaction, DCP worked with Allseeds on establishing their corporate governance system.
