BAKER MCKENZIE ADVISES DCP ON A NEW PRIVATE EQUITY FUND
Baker McKenzie has advised DCP on the formation of a new private equity fund targeting Ukrainian assets.
The law firm has assisted Diligent Capital Partners with legal and tax structuring counsel for the set up and financing of a PE fund vehicle to acquire a 16% equity stake in Allseeds, a joint acquisition with FMO, a Dutch development bank.
The investment vehicle will be used for DCP’s future transactions.
The project was managed by Baker Mackenzie’s Senior Associate Andrii Moskalyk under the overall supervision of Partner Viacheslav Yakymchuk from the Corporate and M&A practice in Kyiv.
